Shirley has worked as a volunteer counselling at Kettering Mind, Corby Mind, Challenging Behaviours Dunstable.
Shirley is a qualified supervisor and works with both students on counselling placement and in private practice.
Shirley also sees students in placement for personal therapy.
Shirley is currently training in Psychosexual Therapy.
Shirely is passionate about connecting this centre with local agencies to bring good quality students back into the local area to support those in need. She is actively building relationships with some wonderful organisations that are close to her heart which allow this to happen. Community spirit and giving back are a big part of what Shirley and the team are achieving at the centre.
